Our Process

Complimentary Design Consultation

If you’re ready to tame the clutter, give us a call or fill out our contact form to the right. Within a few days, one of our designers will reach out to you to schedule a virtual or in-person consultation. During this time, the designer will evaluate the space, ask pertinent questions to get a sense of your needs, and will take some preliminary measurements to get a better idea of how to design the optimal organization system for your home.

Envision Your Plans

After your initial consultation, our designer will send all plans to our in-house team who will draw your design to scale. Using 3D Design Software, you will be able to visualize your custom home organization system in your own space.

Personalized Design Proposal

Once your design is complete, our designer will meet back with you to finalize finishes and budgets. The estimate will include a breakdown of the costs as they relate to the 3D design provided by our team. We always give the customer flexibility to adjust the estimate based on their personal preferences.

Contract and Order Process

After both parties agree on a final estimate, the services to be completed will be drafted into a contract. All of our contracts require that clients pay a 50% deposit prior to ordering materials.

Installation and Delivery on Your Time

Once the contract has been signed, we will get to work processing your order. Our products typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, we will schedule your installation appointment with one our many experienced contractors at a time that works best for you. Client satisfaction is our number one priority and we take great pride in offering the shortest lead times for product delivery on the market.

Lifetime Warranty 

All of our custom storage solutions are covered with a 100% lifetime warranty. If you notice scratches on your custom cabinets, no problem! We will be there in a flash to replace your products!
