Our Process
Step 1: Complimentary design consultation
If you’re ready to tame the clutter, give us a call or click Contact Us to fill out our contact form to the right. We will reach out to you to schedule consultation. During this time, the designer will evaluate the space, ask questions to get a sense of your needs, and will take measurements to get a better idea of how to design the optimal organization system for your home.
Step 2: Envision your plans
After the consultation, our homework begins. We will design your custom space using our 3D design software. You will be able to see how this custom solution will look in your own space!
Step 3: Personalized design proposal
Your designer will schedule a time to meet virtually via Zoom to review your design plans. The design will be revised as needed until it is perfect for YOU!
Step 4: Contract and order process
After both parties agree on a final design plan, the services to be completed will be drafted into a contract. All of our contracts require that clients pay a deposit prior to ordering materials.
Step 5: Installation and delivery on your time
When you contract is signed and your deposit is paid, we will place your order and schedule your installation. All that’s left is for you to empty your closet!
Step 6: Lifetime warranty
Custom Closets of Houston provides a lifetime warranty on all cabinetry. If a cabinetry product ever fails during normal use, we replace it free of charge.
